Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at shadowhero372@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with the next steps.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
